Ustaz Adi Hidayat Praises HADITH Hotel and Hotel Kampoeng Indonesia in Samarkand

A visit to two Indonesian hotels in Samarkand

Ustaz Adi Hidayat and his party visited HADITH Hotel and Hotel Kampoeng Indonesia at the Imam Bukhari Mausoleum Complex in Samarkand, Uzbekistan, on Thursday, 29 October 2026. The visit began at HADITH Hotel and continued to Hotel Kampoeng Indonesia. Erslan Ibrahim, Founder & CEO of EGI Resources, the Indonesian investment company that owns both hotels, accompanied Ustaz Adi Hidayat and the group.

At HADITH Hotel, Ustaz Adi Hidayat warmly welcomed the hotel’s presence. He expressed the hope that HADITH Hotel would provide not only physical comfort but also spiritual comfort, especially for Muslims visiting the historic Imam Bukhari site.

During the visit to Hotel Kampoeng Indonesia, Ustaz Adi Hidayat praised the effort to bring Indonesian heritage to Samarkand. The hotel was seen as bringing Nusantara identity and cultural richness abroad while introducing an Indonesian atmosphere to visitors in a place of importance in the history of Islamic civilisation.
